We had a wonderful time at our recent stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff who ensured that we had a comfortable stay, the fantastic breakfast spread which included both local and international cuisines, and the perfect location within a short walking distance to the historic old town. We also enjoyed the clean room, well-maintained hotel facilities, and ample parking and transportation options in the area.

Spent Christmas here with my family. Loved the pool area! The kids were totally entertained and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and there were a lot of options to choose from. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historical sites in the city center and the views were breathtaking.
We had a bit of trouble at check-in. The room wasn't ready on time and there were some issues with communication.

The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, with fresh fruits and pastries. the comfortable beds allowed me to sleep soundly during my stay. the hotel's location was ideal, close to several restaurants and attractions.
The noise level was incredibly high, with constant loud music and shouting, making it difficult to concentrate on my work during the day and sleep at night. the room was also in need of a deep cleaning, with visible dirt and dust in corners and on surfaces.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The swimming pool was great, especially for our kids, and we loved relaxing by the sun terrace. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of amenities provided, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed the green areas and pool facilities at the hotel which were great for kids. the room was clean, and we had no issues with insects or noise. the breakfast had a good variety of options and we had no problem finding English speaking staff to assist us.
The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving billing issues.
